PAYMENT

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, money orders-For your privacy, is the name which will appear on your credit card statement. Credit card orders by fax/mail or internet only. Due to the large volume of credit card fraud, your billing address are required and will be checked thoroughly, with the issuing bank. Please include the telephone number of the bank that's listed on the back of your credit card. We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. If you would like your order to go elsewhere, please contact your credit card company and list an alternate shipping address with them. This can be accomplished by calling the 800 number on the back of your card.

Checks are welcome and will not delay your order. Your name must be bank imprinted on the check, with correct address and telephone number. Please make checks payable to:

C.O.D. orders are accepted by phone/fax only. There is a $9.50 C.O.D. fee in addition to the shipping fee listed on the order form. All payments for COD orders must be made by money order only. UPS & Fedex will not accept cash.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped via FEDERAL Express 3 day, insured delivery for $8.95 per order. If the order is extremely heavy, we will ship by ups ground service at our discretion. Please do not use P.O. Box addresses,they will be returned. (route/box addresses in rural areas are acceptable).

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped by air delivery. Add $15.00 shipping fee in addition to the standard shipping/handling fee.

Second day air and next day air delivery are available at additional costs. Rates are printed on our order form. Please add to our standard shipping/handling fee.

FOREIGN ORDERS

All foreign orders (except Canada) must call/fax for shipping quote. Minimum foreign order is $100.00 of merchandise. Foreign orders are generally shipped U.S. Airmail or Federal Express, at our option. You are wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. All payments must be made by bank money order in U.S. funds. For wire/funds transfer, please contact our office by fax for our banking information. No L/C will be accepted.

Canadian orders are generally shipped by FEDERAL EXPRESS or ups and you must add a shipping fee of $20.00 in addition to the standard shipping/handling fee.

RETURN POLICY

All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Any return must be authorized by and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from . Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees). No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt, unless defective. No discontinued item may be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

WARRANTY

We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS

It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not ) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item in this catalog. Consult your attorney regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.

MISCELLANEOUS

Prices are subject to change. Product styles may vary.

Nevada orders must add applicable sales tax. If tax exempt, please include a resale certificate.

We assume no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising out of the use or misuse of these products.
